Journal Communication Spectrum : Capturing New Perspectives in Communication, published twice a year (February and August) by UB Press Universitas Bakrie and managed by Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Bakrie with ISSN (print): 2087-8850 and ISSN (online): 2622-6405, is a medium for new perspectives discourse in the field of communication, media, and cultural studies. It is a channel for discussing issues such as social media and online communication activities, public participatory and diplomacy communication, hospitality communication, gender and technologies, social, political, and sub-cultural movement, together with behavioural foundations of specific-interest communications, media engagement, and many other issues which provoke new perspectives in communication. Journal Communication Spectrum : Capturing New Perspectives in Communication has been accredited by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemdikbudristek) Republic of Indonesia No. 152/E/KPT/2023 and indexed by the Science and Technology Index (Sinta-3), DOAJ, Google Scholar, Crossref, Publons, Garuda, Neliti, Semantic, BASE, EBSCO, WorldCat, Microsoft Academic, Onesearch, and archived in leading university libraries. This journal is one of the official open-access journals listed in the International Association for Media and Communication Research (IAMCR), a globally recognized communication scholars community.
