ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI RETURN SAHAM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas dan nilai perusahaan terhadap return saham. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia berturut- turut pada tahun 2010–2013, mempublikasikan laporan keuangannya pada situs resmi BEI secara lengkap dari tahun 2010- 2013, dan termasuk kedalam sektor industri barang konsumsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode regresi common effect model dengan metode analisis ordinary least square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Nilai perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Return On Equity (ROE) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM), sebagai rasio profitabilitas, keduanya memiliki interaksi dan berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of profitability and value of the stock return. The sample in this study is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2013 respectively, publish their financial statements on the official website of the Stock Exchange in full of the year 2010- 2013, and included into the consumer goods industry sector. This study uses regression method approach common effect model with the method of ordinary least squares analysis. The results showed that the return on equity (ROE) has a significant positive effect on stock returns. Net Profit Margin (NPM) has positive and significant effect on stock returns. The value of the company has a significant positive effect on stock returns. Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM), as the ratio of profitability, both have interaction and positive effect on stock returns.
