DIPLOMASI EKONOMI KADIN JAWA TENGAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PERDAGANGAN LUAR NEGERI 2011 - 2012

Abstract

Diplomasi ekonomi merupakan media yang paling dominan dan menjadi salah satu kunci utama keberhasilan negara-negara berkembang dalam memanfaatkan peluang dari globalisasi ekonomi

Perekonomian Global ditandai dengan makin tingginya intensitas hubungan antara aktor-aktor hubungan international , baik state aktor maupun non state aktor . Sebagaimana perluasan aktor dalam hubungan international , aktifitas ekonomi juga mengalami perluasan pelaku dengan semakin dominannya pelaku swasta . Bahkan merekalah yang sering disebut sebagai aktor utama dibalik aktifias ekonomi negara .Telah tumbuh kesadaran yang semakin luas untuk menerapkan diplomasi multijalur untuk bekerjasama dan mencapai kepentingan negara.  Oleh karenanya maka setiap negara berusaha untuk memperbesar sumber daya ekonominya melalui diplomasi dengan cara – cara damai. Penggunaan kekuatan ekonomi  melalui non state aktor dalam mendukung kebijakan luar negeri juga semakin banyak dijumpai.

Organisasi Internasional  Kamar Dagang dan Industri   ( Kadin ) memberi perhatian besar bagi kegiatan yang mendorong perekonomian. Kadin Provinsi Jawa Tengah turut berbenah menopang dalam kapasitas perannya sebagai mitra pemerintah , fasilitator, promotor dan juga terlibat dalam proses pengambilan kebijakan terkait bisnis di Indonesia .  .

Economic diplomacy media is the most dominant and became one of the key for developing countries in exploiting the opportunities of economic globalization

Global economy is marked by the increasing intensity of the relationship between the actors of international relations, both state actors and non-state actors. As the expansion of actors in international relations, economic activity is also undergoing expansion with the increasingly dominant actors private actors. In fact, they are often referred to as the main actor behind the country's economic activity is. Growing awareness of the increasingly widespread for implementing multipath diplomacy to work together and achieve the interests of the state. Therefore, each country seeks to increase the economic resources through diplomacy in a way - the way of peace. The use of economic power through non-state actors in support of foreign policy is also increasingly common.

International Organization Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) gave great attention to activities that stimulate the economy. Chamber of Commerce of Central Java province helped improve the capacity sustain its role as the government's partner, facilitator, promoter and is also involved in policy decisions related to business in Indonesia. ,
